One of my friends posted this, and when I pointed out that less than .3% of prisoners are Atheist, and gave proof, I was scolded privately that I shouldn't have commented. She said she doesn't comment on my Atheist postings, so I shouldn't comment on her religious postings.
Ohhhh... I'm sorry, I thought I was allowed to post my opinion (which, in this case is more than opinion, it's FACT) because it differs from her opinion.
The REALITY is, reading the Bible doesn't keep you out of prison, but it might lead you straight INTO prison. The facts don't lie. When you believe that no matter who you hurt, as long as you repent on your deathbed, you'll be forgiven and sent into Heaven, then there is no fear of repercussion, it frees you to steal, rape, maim and murder. As an Atheist, I do not fear God because I do not believe in him. I am a good person just because I am. I don't need a supernatural entity to guide my way.

I find it amazing that when people can't actually support their ideas or opinions, they scold others for theirs. And she didn't post her scolding, just sent it in a private message. All the more proof that she's wrong in her ideas and her method.
See the thing is, as an Atheist, I don't have to prove to you that there is no god. The burden of proof is on you, the religious, to prove the existence of YOUR god. I am so sick of theists treating me as less than human and also stupid because I don't agree with them and don't believe in a fictitious entity.
You can't think for yourself, yet you think you know better than I do? That I will be damned to Hell because I do think for myself and don't fall prey to the religious gobbledegook. So don't you dare scold me for being smarter and more well-read than you are! Don't you dare! And oh now theists will pray for me and my soul. Please don't bother. There is no god. Never was. Man created religion to oppress the public into submission. If you actually studied the origins of the Bible, you would know that. It's not some hidden secret.
To the friend who originally posted the above graphic, I pity you. I really do.
